Chef Alex is a passionate, driven, and undeniably talented chef who specializes in French Cooking. He earned his professional credential from the Art Institute of Dubrulle International Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC. Alex then focused on polishing his culinary skills at the Hermitage Restaurant with top Chef Herve Martin, who was the private chef of the King of Leopold of Belgium.
Alex co-hosts a popular cooking/travelog TV show, is a frequent guest on a local Vancouver radio show and appears regularly on Fairchild TV. He is known for his creative, fun food stylings and his easy, yet delicate handling of Traditional French Cooking.
