Wouldn’t it be nice if you could retrain your brain for calm and focus, so that you could achieve the success you want, in any area of life that matters to you?

A key aspect to this is moving out of your active Beta brain state and into a more relaxed Alpha brain state… and even into a super-chillaxed Theta brain state.  This induces what scientists call the Relaxation Response, which is the opposite of our normal “Fight or Flight” response.
