What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique is an energy healing approach that provides relief from pain, illness and emotional issues. Described as “emotional acupuncture” (without the needles), EFT is based on the principle that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. EFT is a simple process where specific energy meridian points on the body are tapped with your fingertips. Unresolved negative emotions are unblocked, releasing a major contributor to physical pain, disease, fears, anxieties, addictions, and a long list of other conditions.
This new paradigm of healing is so effective that for most people it no longer takes months or years to resolve problems. In fact, the majority of issues show significant improvement within a few minutes; for others it may take just a couple of sessions. EFT can be applied by a practitioner or you can learn to apply it to yourself. It can be used whenever and wherever required to clear out blocked energy and restore your body’s natural equilibrium and health.
During sessions of Intentional Healing, EFT may be used to complement and reinforce other energy healing modalities.
